Do you offer international shipping for UCL merchandise?
Yes, we ship our official UCL hoodies, tees, and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for clothing items?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks or pierced jewelry.
Can I Click & Collect my order to save on shipping?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order directly from our Bloomsbury campus store. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Sustainability is a priority for Students’ Union UCL. We work closely with suppliers to ensure our UCL-branded apparel is ethically produced and we are constantly increasing our range of organic and recycled fabric options.
