We want you to love your UCL gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

  Bring your item and your proof of purchase (digital or paper receipt) to our store located in 25 Gordon Street.

  Our team will perform a quick quality check to ensure the item meets our return standards.

  Receive Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as an exchange.
